Where can i find my Order ID / Order Number?

You can find your order ID at the top of your order confirmation. You have received your order confirmation via email and inside the package.

Untill when can i return?

If you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to register the return for the product(s).

Is it possible to exchange a product?

It is not possible to directly exchange a product. Instead, you are welcome to return the product and place a new order. Please note that you have 14 days to register the return for the product(s) from the day you received your order.

Is it free to return?

When you exercise your right to return an item, you will receive all the necessary return labels. For returns originating from an EU country, the shipping fee is set at 35 euro, while for returns from non-EU countries, it stands at 65 euro.

When will i get my refund?

Your refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The return process

1. Register the bags you wish to return

Select the items you want to return by filling out the return form.

2. Pack the bags in the original packaging

Place the bags you want to return in the original bag or box they were delivered in. All items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all tags still attached.

3. Include the return form

Cut out the return form and place it inside the package along with the items you are returning.

4. Attach the return label

Affix the return label to the outside of the package. Please avoid using branded packaging, such as shoe boxes, as shipping material. We encourage you to reuse the original box or bag you received with your delivery.

5. Return the package within 14 days

Drop off the package at your local shipping point within 14 days.

6. Get your refund

Once we receive the returned items, you will receive your refund.
