• Estimated Delivery Times: Shipping times typically range between 15-30 business days, though they can extend to 40 business days depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.
• Tracking Information: We provide tracking numbers for orders whenever available. Please note that shipping status updates might be delayed due to the international nature of dropshipping.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The shipping provider may also handle customs processes, but we cannot guarantee this in all regions.
5. Product Availability
Product availability is dependent on third-party suppliers. In the case of stock issues or delays from the supplier, we will inform you and offer the option to wait for restocking, choose an alternative product, or receive a full refund.
6. Returns and Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after the supplier confirms the product’s return and condition. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product was defective.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to supplier variations, products may slightly differ from their descriptions. We disclaim any responsibility for minor discrepancies in color, size, or material.
8. Limitation of Liability
